The Founders

Lucian, Nimar and Felix want to solve one of the most complex problems of our time. With Sento, we want to bring out the best in everyone, creating sustainable value for our society. Nimar, Lucian & Felix met at CDTM in Munich. Their backgrounds in electrical engineering, mathematics and design, make them think differently.

Our Story

✍️ Founding.

Nov 2020: Our founders moved into a shared office space on November 2020 to refine their ideas around Sento. Early 2021 Sento was oficially founded.

🚲 Pre-seed.

Jan 2021: While legally founding Sento, we closed a pre-seed deal with Picus Capital for €500k early in January 2021 and received an extension for €1.5m in November 2021.

👩‍💻 First customers.

Feb 2021: We signed our first customers shortly after our pre-seed round and moved into our first office in the center of Munich (Maxvorstadt).

📈 Rapid Growth.

Mar 2021 - Mai 2022: Deep integration into B2B processes between trading companies convinces further well-known customers to work with us.

🏎 Seed Funding.

May 2022: We closed a €9m seed round led by Insight Partners – the same day we moved into a larger office in Munich (Stachus).
