Screening-Interview

We would like to get to know you and assess your genuine interest in Sento as well as your desire for a specific role.

Challenge

You have 7 days to take home an individual case challenge for the main stage to impress us with your skills and expertise.

Main Interviews

We deep dive into your case challenge, explore your cultural and personal fit, and you have the chance to meet the team.

Reference calls

We conduct 2-3 reference calls with your colleagues to understand how you operate in different and challenging situations.

Offer

You will receive a call or an email from us saying that you have impressed us, and we would like to have you on board!
